Just planting a seed...are you tempted to join my trip to India this November? There are a few places left; we are 12 so far.
It's a ten day retreat at a beach side yoga centre in Kerala. Just half an hour from the airport and walking distance to the local town, Kovalam.
We will have seven days of yoga, including asana, silent walks, sunset meditation and yoga philosophy.
