Mental health is shaped not only by services, but by the conditions in which we live our daily lives: our housing, finances, relationships, communities, and sense of belonging.

We want understand these conditions so that we can use them to inform recommendations in mental health support.

The following survey is designed to do this:

Tell us about social media and its effect on mental health:

Mind are running a national survey for 11 to 18 year olds to understand their real experiences of using social media - the positives, the challenges, and what they wish adults understood about their online world.

If you work with or support young people, please share the survey and help us amplify their voices.

The survey closes on 20 March. Share the survey >https://wwindex.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bxsJroxldkSDq3c

The Voluntary Sector's Place in the New NHS Plan:
Community of Practice session - March 12th, 10:30am to 12:30pm over Zoom.

This session will cover real life case studies of health inequalities within VCFSE sector work, collaboration within the sector, and will start to explore co-design and co-production as well as the commissioning process.

We would really appreciate your support in sharing the upcoming CoP session across your networks and encouraging colleagues to attend.

Strong attendance from across all NEL boroughs is essential. It is vital that the insight and expertise of the VCFSE sector is properly represented, and that voices from across the sector are heard.

To reserve a place, please email info@compostlondon.org.uk and you will be sent a Zoom link a few days before the event.

What a great night Friday was!

Thank you to + .care for delivering an excellent fundraiser in Hackney.

Julie, a Paris-based designer, has raised over Β£1,000 and counting for our charity through the sale of her Zine, and the auction of personally-designed shoes.

We want to thank everyone involved in this event, and the first in Paris.

The funds will go towards our work delivering mental health and wellbeing support for those in the boroughs of Hackney, Waltham Forest and the City of London.

If you're interested in getting involved with events like this, or would like to purchase a Zine - get in touch!
