As an osteopath I believe that enabling the person to deliver the most of their active body is key to my role.
I worked in the Fitness industry for 18 years, first as a Personal Trainer and subsequently as a Sport Therapist.
With the goal of expanding my knowledge and clinical skills, I completed a degree in Osteopathy from the prestigious University of Staffordshire.
My aims with all my patients are to optimize your health to allow you to achieve your goals. I have a particular interest in spinal injuries as well as work and sports related injuries.
I enjoy working toward postural correction by aligning the body (pelvis, spine) towards neutral allowing connective tissues to relax (muscles, ligaments etc.) and improving mobility in restricted joints. Also exercise rehabilitation, advice on work ergonomics and general postural assessment. I treat the entire body, not just the parts that hurt.
From an early age I practiced Professional “Greco Roman” Classic Style wrestling from the age of 8 -19 gaining many accolades and recognition for this sport in Albania where I learned inner peace and how to have full control of the body.
