There is a misconception out there. So there is no need to remove nutritious ingredients from our diet unnecessarily. Just focus on the food chain and buy quality products. If you are not on a plant based diet only, then this will help you to become a little more ethical in your diet and will also bring balance to your life. Never feel like you don't have a choice....
