WE’RE GOING TO GOA! 🇮🇳

Join us for 8 days in South Goa — rooftop yoga, sunrise dolphin boat trips, Goan food, breathwork, cacao, community.

This is the first time Pana is venturing outside of Africa — and what better place than India to dive deeper into the roots of yoga, its history and its culture.

January is the perfect time to reset — not with a diet or a resolution, but with 8 days of actual stillness in India.

Guided and designed by - a senior teacher with over seven years of living and practising in Goa - this experience is rooted in Jivamukti yoga, pranayama, philosophy, and the kind of deep rest that actually changes something in you.

This is a Pana retreat - an intentional, culturally rooted space for us to move, rest and connect.

Spots are limited, so don’t hang about.

🌸 During Women's History Month, we gather to honour the women and motherly figures who have shaped us — through strength, sacrifice, tenderness and resilience. In this special BPOC Yoga Club offering, we begin with an intentional flow practice to embody strength, grounding and vitality before softening into yin. A space to receive, to restore, and to acknowledge the layers of care carried in our bodies and our lineage 😌

Lynette Greenaway is a senior yoga and meditation teacher with over 12 years of devoted practice and teaching. Her work bridges intelligent Vinyasa with fascia-informed, trauma-aware Yin - guiding students into strength, surrender and profound inner stillness. Teaching from lived experience, Lynette approaches yoga as reclamation and remembrance, awakening the inner teacher within each student. She is deeply committed to inclusive, spiritually grounded spaces and intentionally holds practice for Black, Brown and Indigenous communities 🌿

❓What does it really take to build culturally rooted spaces in yoga and wellness❓

On Sunday 22nd Feb we’re gathering at .e1 for an afternoon of movement and conversation.

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice together, then move into a guided community conversation exploring what it means to create culturally affirming spaces rooted in community care.

Rather than a traditional panel, this will be a shared dialogue. Our community holds so much wisdom, lived experience, and insight — and this space is about opening that up. You’re welcome to listen, reflect, or contribute.

We’ll also be sharing more about our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training 🎉 with space to ask questions and learn what’s unfolding next.

🗓 Sunday 22 February
⏰ 1–3pm

2025 was not an easy year but it truly was necessary. A lot of people (& sometimes even myself) didn't know how much I struggled but looking back, its all these moments of joy that really helped me through. My year started with the 3rd operation I've had on my leg & my big sister took a month off to come care for me - there's no better way to start a year than with love & rest. My people dem showed up without me even asking and there are really not enough words of gratitude. My 30th birthday was beyond perfect because so many of my beloveds near and far welcomed me in to what I believe is going to be a phenomenal decade ✨️

I was lucky to travel all the way to Australia with my family to witness my childhood bestie get married & see a wombat in the wild!! I challenged myself to a new job and was super overwhelmed with the change. Ghana with Pana literally saved the year & I am forever indebted to the wonderful group I shared the experience with 🫶🏽

2025 really tested my resilience but we danced all the way through it. What are we here to do if not to live? However which way that looks like. I am so excited for this new year and all that will come with it, no matter if its not all gold - I am lucky to be living, loving and doing my lil bit in this beautiful world 💜

P.S. I hope 2026 makes me better at posting 😅
