Baby Massage London E4 Come and learn massage techniques for your baby with a qualified massage instructor. Experience the benefits of massage for you and your baby.

Baby massage is a wonderful way of bonding with your baby through loving touch. Baby Massage can have many benefits including:
Relaxation for your and your baby
A special closeness
Can aid digestion and relieve constipation...
Improve circulation
Gives parent a good sense of baby's body
Regular massage stimulates the immune system and is good for their lymphatic system
Can help to relieve colic
Helps ease teething symptoms
Assists in soothing to sleep becoming part of the bedtime routine

This baby massage class is a 45 minute session for you and your baby to share. Please bring a towel for your baby to lay on. Olive oil or sunflower based oil will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own prefered oil to massage your baby, in a small easy to use bottle. All babies welcome following their 6 to 8 week check with your doctor. Any concerns regarding massaging your baby please check with your doctor or health visitor before attending a session. You will be required to complete a confidential registration and consent form at the start of your first session.

Hope you’ve had a nice Christmas.
Unfortunately due to current government guidelines I am unable to start a baby massage course in January or February. I will update this page as soon as I have more information.

Hi everyone,
I really hope you are all keeping well.
I have missed everyone so much and I really hope to be back in September.
There isn’t much guidance for groups such as Baby Massage yet but I’m hoping to resume as soon as possible in a safe way for all the little ones. I am also looking into classes on zoom.
I will keep my page updated.

I’m thinking of starting a four week baby massage course next week. Lovely class to learn valuable baby massage techniques to help with sleep, digestion, circulation and general well-being.
Class will be every Monday for four weeks 10.40-11.30 starting Monday 4th November. £25 for the four sessions payable at the start of the first class.
