We are definitely TEAM YOGA PROPS.
And not because someone is “not flexible enough” or “too weak.”
Simply because props in yoga just work.
Why do we love them?🫶
✨ they help us get into poses without pain or tension
✨ they support proper alignment
✨ they make the practice safer for joints and the spine
✨ they help us soften instead of fight the pose
✨ they teach the body new ranges of motion step by step
Sometimes a block under the hand or a strap at the feet makes a bigger difference than forcing it 10 more times.
Yoga isn’t about looking like an Instagram model.
It’s about your body feeling good in movement.
So yes — we say: props are hot.
