Motherhood can be a profoundly changing experience. Yet we have little to no time to acknowledge its personal and unique nuances and reflections. Let’s gather from living rooms, sofas, boarding rooms or kitchens to create motherculture together! Link in bio or DM me the word MOTHER for more info.

Coaching isn’t mentoring. It’s not advice.
It’s a powerful pause—a space to reflect, refocus, and take aligned action.

Whether it’s overcoming a challenge, making a big decision, or just finding clarity in the chaos—coaching helps you move forward your way.

I love that it’s becoming more mainstream—especially for busy professional mums who give so much, and rarely get space to think for themselves.

What do you think? Is coaching going to become the new “mindfulness”, a term that is thrown left and right without context?

Yesterday I joined a Wassail at a local farm- this ritual is not part of my catholic background yet it reminded me of so many summer days spent walking all together and chanting and praying. We made noise to ward off the bad spirits and gave cider to the 🌲. After years spent in a highly scientific background, this simple ritual felt strange and familiar at the same time, reminding me that rituals- personal or collective, ancient or new - connect us to nature, community and something bigger. What’s a ritual that keeps you grounded? 👇🏼

Recently someone assumed yoga is the only physical activity I do. I thought to share some ideas to spice up your movement routine. Let me know in the comments, what has worked for you to get movement in your life. For health and wellbeing, WHO recommends at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week (or the equivalent vigorous activity). This was a season to be jolly! My OURA ring results are in…my stress levels peaked in December (and I do not hate Xmas). I did personally not notice this levels of stress but got ill right after New Years’ Eve. I am now focusing on wrapping up many of my projects, saying no to get ready to face winter, isn’t hibernation an option? What about you? Did you feel the collective stress of this festive season?

I joined my firts Mothercircle in 2020, while I was pregnant. I was curious to learn more about the support that is needed in the postpartum period and how to prepare myself for the months ahead. Little I knew about the things I would have learned in that mothercircle and in the subsequent ones, leading up to becoming a Mothercircle facilitator in 2023. Breathwork, storytelling, sharing and somatic experincing based practices form part of the curriculum. Feel drawn to it? Join the free class! If you cannot make it in person, add your name to the online waiting list.

A concept that has fascinated me recently is the concept of display emotions 😭🤬😱🤯Cultural display rules are the conventions “followed by all (non-rebellious) members of a given social class, sub-culture, or culture” (Ekman, 1975:138). They can be influenced by nationality, s*x, gender, family and colture in general. The more I speak to people about this the more the variety of things that are appropriate or not appropriate shifts: such as displaying anger emotions if you identify as female, or crying in a work meeting or at work (🙋‍♀️ )or being too.. (insert nationality here). The answer is probably somewhere in the middle. Bottled emotions are likely not ok (this is sadly not just my opinion on a rando post on instagram)…so how are we meant to express our emotions in a so-called healthy way?
