This patient came to us with concerns about hair loss from androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness). His goal was simple: restore his hair conservatively, just enough to feel comfortable and stop worrying about it.
We performed an FUE hairline and frontal forelock hair transplant using 2067 grafts. We approached this with a higher density in the first inch of the hairline for strength and definition, then a natural “wash back” density towards the mid-scalp for a seamless transition.
