Hats off to you sir for juggling the training alongside being an awesome coach, dedicated Dad and doting husband - you’re going to fly round and all of us will be cheering you on.

It’s Groundhog Day… Again! 🌀

Every year, we watch Groundhog Day. Every year, it reminds us of something important: we are not fixed.

In the film, Phil wakes up to the same day, over and over again. At first, he’s stuck—nothing changes. But over time, he realises something powerful: he can change. Not all at once, not with a magic fix, but by making different choices, again and again, until they add up to something better.

How often do we trap ourselves in the same loop? Saying things like:

❌ “That just doesn’t work for me.”
❌ “I couldn’t do that.”
❌ “I’m just not that kind of person.”

Most of the time, that’s just a comfortable excuse. The truth? You’re capable of more than you think.

If you’ve already fallen off the wagon this year, maybe today’s the perfect reminder: you don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Make a change, take action, and see where it takes you.

Oh, and yes – we own matching Groundhog Day t-shirts. And no – we don’t regret it.
