Our centre is complete with design and fitting services, customer service, full-scale hair salon (with private rooms), consultations and sales floor, on-site maintenance and repair, hair therapy services, product sales, and ordering department all located within this single centre. Hence, customers have incredible convenience in one location. “We wanted a total customer-centric experience based solely on serving and delighting our customers—the Aspiration Centre is a big step towards this,” says Andrew Pollard. “As always, our clients have their own private rooms in the salon on the first floor. Private consultation rooms are on the second floor, and customer service, in-house repair, and ordering departments are on the 3rd floor. So, everything our clients need is ensured to be both instant and convenient for them.” The Aspiration Centre is just a few yards walking distance from London Bridge Tube Station.
