It’s for London. This year’s theme is celebrating our ‘everyday spaces’ — the informal sanctuaries where connection happens and support begins. 👥💬

🫧 At Artinfusion, our everyday spaces often look like galleries, museums, public art, or even art at home (books, prints, digital art spaces, making art). 🖼️📚 Places you can step into, slow down, engage with art, and feel a little more you again. 🎨✍️

A small, mindful moment with art can gently shift your nervous system, your mood, and your sense of connection and support your mental health. 🧡

If today feels heavy, keep it simple:
🌬️ Step into a space that helps you breathe; a local gallery, a quiet corner at home to look at art or make something, or even your window to notice nature’s shapes, colours, and movement. 🌦️🍃

One small pause can be a starting point.

🌀 Exhibition of the Month: g/hosti by Candice Lin
📍

For our November highlight, we visited g/hosti by LA-based artist Candice Lin — a multisensory installation combining sculpture, painting, and video.

Lin was commissioned to create the work during university protests and the recent wildfires in her community in LA, yet the installation transcends the local and the specific. What Lin’s labyrinth-like form so powerfully conveys is that there is no way to hide for us humans.

At .in.fusion, climate stress is one of the themes we explore through mindful engagement with art. 🌿

Today, on , we’re reminded that healing often begins with connection - in being seen, heard, and supported, especially in times of uncertainty. 🌿

With this in mind, we create gentle, inclusive spaces where art becomes a bridge between people and their emotions, nurturing presence, connection and belonging. 🤍

These groups are not therapy, but a supportive space where we can use art bits and pieces to frame a sometimes wordless experience around death — held online and facilitated with care by HCPC-registered art therapist Zelda Elliott.

No art skills or talking required. Just bring yourself, a few materials, and whatever helps you feel supported.

🕯️ Monday 20 October | 8:00–9:15 PM
