❄️ Merry Yule and Happy Winter Solstice ❄️

This Yule is a special one - the last opportunity to slow down, to reflect and release what will no longer be needed in the years!! ahead.

We are closing an astrological Year Nine, which marks a year of endings, integration, and letting go, completing the cycle that began in 2017.

As new cycle approaches, we are asked to step forward unburdened. Break bonds that no longer serve you. Shed what is worn or broken. Release patterns, relationships, and commitments that no longer belong, and create space for what is ready to begin.

Remember: everything carried into the next cycle will remain with us for the full nine years to come!

The light returns slowly, bringing clarity and focus, and opening the way for a new Chapter to unfold ✨

Remember, you’re entering atherapeutic environment— a space created for calm, healing, and deep relaxation. To help me maintain this atmosphere, I kindly ask:

🍀 Use a soft, indoor voice when entering the clinic.
Treatments may be in progress, and a quiet environment supports the experience for everyone.

🍀 Please avoid bringing children to your appointment, even if someone is accompanying them.
The waiting area is a shared quiet zone, and little voices (and the natural noise that comes with them) can easily carry into treatment rooms.

🍀 Please refrain from taking phone calls in the waiting area.
Voices, notifications, and even short conversations can disrupt someone’s treatment.

🤓 Why Gua Sha Marks Can Appear Over Old Vaccination Sites — And Why It Matters

If Gua Sha brings up a darker mark over an old vaccination spot, it’s not just a cosmetic reaction — it’s a signal.

The Lotus Room is a home treatment room a short walk away from Bermondsey tube station in South-East London, offering a range of holistic and aesthetic solutions to help you feel and look your best. The room specialises in different types of massage, ladies’ waxing, organic facials as well as non-surgical collagen boosting treatments.

This practice prides itself on providing effective and affordable treatments, using only the finest skin care products, in a caring and safe environment, and in a manner that is receptive and supportive to the body's own healing process.
