I’m starting 2026 differently to every other

Usually I’d be ready to go along with everyone else

But not this year

Instead?
I’m going even slower
Instead of going back to ‘work’

Side note: I have to find a different word for ‘work’. What I do isn’t work… it’s sharing my soul gifts with the world

Instead of going back to ‘work’ On the the 5th, we got on a plane and heading to Madeira

The purpose? To slow down even more

2025 felt a tough year
In hindsight it was a necessary year of shedding, letting go, and preparation

I have built stronger foundations

And like all foundations they need time to settle before you build on top of them.

In this quiet time I have gone inward
I have listened
I have connected with all parts of myself - mind, body, emotions, thoughts, sensations

And of course connected with my soul
She has enjoyed the space to rise within me
She is guiding me
She is whispering to me
She is giving me the courage to speak more of my truth
She is opening up my creative desires
She is helping me see the path and the opportunities that lay ahead

I am strengthening my trust in myself even more

And I’m excited
I can feel it running through my veins

This year is gonna be a BIG year

The energy of EASE is with me and guiding me on all I’m doing

As we plant ourselves firmly into 2026 I have a little invitation for you so that you can deeply connect with your intuition (and trust it!)

It’s a simple 3 step soul-aligned practice you can do in around 5 minutes

✨ STEP 1
Close your eyes and take a deep soul-nourishing breath. As you breathe out ask: “What does my soul want me to know right now to make this holiday season more fun?”

Don’t overthink it. Just feel what comes
A word. A memory. A sensation
Even if it feels small, trust what you are shown or given

Write it down

✨ STEP 2
Take another soul nourishing breath and ask: “If I really trust this message what is the one thing (thought, feeling or fear) stopping me from doing it right now?”

Write it down

Take another soul nourishing breath and ask: “What might actually change if I got out of the way, and instead I trusted this wisdom enough to take the action!?”

For a long time, I believed if I just worked harder to be more spiritual, I’d finally feel aligned
More energy
More abundance
More success and more clients... and ultimately more money
I’d be living that illusive life I’d always dreamed about

But the truth is…
“More” isn’t the path to living your life with purpose.
In fact, it pushes you even further away from it.

It’s actually the very thing that’s distracting you from fully listening to the whispers of your soul

I kept chasing that illusive moment when I would fully have all the spiritual tools at my disposal but I kept ending up in the same place: tired, overwhelmed and always doubting myself

Here’s what shifted everything:
I stopped asking: “What else should I be doing?”

Instead I started asking my soul: “Show me the next one simple step that’s aligned with the unique gifts I bring to the world?”

As you tune into the unique frequency of your soul — not someone else’s method — things start to feel lighter, freer and clearer.

You start to remember who you are and what lights you up.

You start to receive wisdom, answers and guidance. Quickly.

Opportunities begin to arise seemingly ‘out of nowhere’!

This is where you build the foundations of trust.
Not through more hard work and more effort…
