Dear Sam,

I wanted to send you a quick email to thank you so much for all that you have done for B.
From the beginning of her enquiries, throughout the training and in the follow up sessions you have been spot on and delivered the training perfectly for her.
Also thank you for allowing me to sit in on the training which in turn gave me a deep understanding of the process and allowed me to support her…not that she has needed much support though.
It is so amazing to see B being able to get back to swimming, socialising with friends and having the independence to enjoy her life once again.
We are so grateful and appreciate all your input. We wish you all the best for the future.

Amazing to receive this from A who did the Lightning Process last week after 2 years of Chronic Fatigue (CFS):

Hey Sam
I’m doing amazingly well! My energy level is high and I am going for walks outside every single day! I’m socialising, moving, talking and going to different cafés feeling energetic. I have only had one single dip since I started the Lightning Process, and I regained all of my energy from doing a 2h yoga session after that!

Thank you SO much for giving me three days I will never forget. Absolutely lifechanging!

Hi Sam
Apologies for not replying sooner but I've been LIVING LIFE and loving it.

A few people have actually said I look different in a very positive way. I made a comment to my partner earlier when we were watching the Olympics saying I'll be doing that soon and he laughed and said that if I carry on recovering the way I am that I will be 😁 I'm just loving this life Sam. Thank you so much for being a great trainer.

Looking forward to catching up with you tomorrow after I've played squash which I haven't done in years.
