🌱 Sprout Heroes Workshop 🌱

We were delighted to welcome Raymond Yap, who delivered an inspiring workshop, with his team Anika and Jess, on wellbeing and good health. His session encouraged us to take simple steps toward healthier living by learning how to grow our own sprouts at home and incorporate them into daily meals and snacks. A wonderful initiative making a positive difference in the world. 💚

Residents at Acton Care Centre enjoyed a memorable visit from the National Army Museum ! 🪖📜

The museum team delivered a fascinating presentation, and residents had the unique opportunity to handle real artefacts from past wars. The experience sparked heartfelt conversations and brought back many cherished memories.

Sun, sea, and plenty of laughter – our residents loved our annual Brighton beach trip, enjoying the fresh seaside air, fish and chips, ice cream on the pier, and feeling the pebbles between their toes! 🌞 🌊
