I have trained Integratively, which means that I practise different counselling models: Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Existential Therapy. My work experience includes working with minority, multicultural and LGBT clients. My qualifications include:

CPPD Level 6 Diploma in Supervision (Integrative)
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Integrative)
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative)

I am committed to ongoing Continuous Professional Development and have done a number of shorter courses such as working with InterS*x and Transgender Clients, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), ChemS*x, Kink and B**M. I attend supervision both for my counselling and supervision work in order to ensure the best outcomes for my clients and supervisees and subscribe to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling.
