A week on from the Investors in People Awards 2025 and we're still filled with joy at the incredible organisations committed to one mission: Make Work Better.

750+ incredible individuals came together for a Parisian-themed celebration of one powerful idea: when you invest in people, everything gets better.

Our CEO, Paul Devoy, opened the evening with a reminder of why this community matters. He thanked our incredible events team, Scott Irwin and Ellie Malcolm for bringing true Parisian magic to the night, and welcomed guests who travelled from across the world to join us.

Paul spoke honestly about the challenges facing the world of work, but celebrated everyone in the room for choosing a different path - one of long-term commitment, support and opportunity.
“The difference isn’t talent. It’s opportunity.”

He highlighted the legacy this community has built:
