🎨 Parkfield Care Home Art Exhibition 🎨 We were delighted to hold our very own art exhibition at Parkfield Care Home, showcasing the wonderful arts and crafts projects created by our residents over the past few months with Sima.
Alongside these, Equal Arts also displayed their beautiful pieces from The Moving World project, featuring wooden sculptures and the stories behind them.
The exhibition included a wide variety of creative work, such as:
✨ Person-centred projects including a shooting star and floral artwork
🌊 “Under the Sea” clay magnet creations, which visitors were able to take home as a gift
🎄 Die-cut card making, with residents creating their own Christmas cards
📖 Zine books and personalised notebooks
🎁 The Giving Tree – handmade clay decorations gifted by residents to family and friends
🌳 A family tree made from upcycled jigsaw pieces, which will remain on display in the home
The exhibition was a huge success, and we received so many positive comments about the creativity, effort, and hard work our residents put into their artwork.
