We specialize in safe and effective 10 - 30-minute massage treatments in retail environments and have further refined our expertise to provide a bespoke service that delivers maximum individual benefit in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment from yoga to massage, meditation to reflexology. OUR MASSAGE TREATMENT: Our seated massage is undertaken over-the-clothes, and requires no oil nor fuss, ensuring minimal disruption whilst delivering positive results. Post-treatment you can expect to feel de-stressed - energized - revitalized - motivated - with a clearer mind and greater focus. OUR YOGA CLASSES: Designed specifically for beginners through to experienced yogis, 1-hour corporate classes are Hatha/Vinyasa style.
