Caicos Wellbeing is excited to share the latest edition of Men’s Magazine—a heartfelt tribute to the strength, resilience, and real-life stories of men from all walks of life. This month, we’re honoured to feature Robert Raven Kraft on our cover—the iconic Miami Beach runner who’s been hitting the same stretch of sand every single day for over 50 years.
If you’ve ever mentioned “Turks and Caicos Islands” to someone who’s never been, you’ve probably heard, “Wait—is that in Turkey?” or “Oh, you mean Jamaica?” But for those who know, these islands are a vibrant Caribbean treasure with deep ties to the United States. Many of our young people were born there. Our grocery shelves are full of familiar American brands. And most of our cherished visitors come straight from the U.S. We’re just one hour from Florida—and in many ways, we’re like family.
That’s why featuring Robert Raven Kraft, our American cousin from Miami Beach, means so much to us. His story is more than inspiring—it’s a living example of what it means to show up for yourself, every single day, no matter what. Raven holds the longest known world-running streak on the sand, achieved in the exact same location. But it’s not just about the running—it’s about commitment, passion, and living with purpose.
This issue also takes a deeper look at what it really means to be a man today. For too long, men have been told to be tough, stay quiet, and hide their feelings. At Caicos Wellbeing, we believe it’s time to change that.
“Men feel. They break, they heal, they grow—and they need space to be fully human. “That’s what this issue is about. Giving men that space. Letting them be seen.”
Inside, you’ll find honest, powerful stories from men who’ve faced all kinds of challenges, some loud, some quiet and come through stronger.
A heartfelt thank you to every man who contributed to this issue. Your voices matter, and your stories are a gift to everyone who reads them.
