We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. Are you:

💥Confident in managing contracts, finances and freelance teams?

This is a strategic delivery role, suited to someone with a substantial background in producing and managing community dance, participatory arts and inclusive practice.

As Projects Manager, you will deliver a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects engaging communities across age, culture, social and health contexts – from early years to older adults.

The role requires leadership, clarity of communication, and a deep commitment to co-creation, social impact and sustainable community relationships.

You will play a key role in ensuring DanceWest’s projects are community-driven, artistically excellent and delivered to the highest professional standards.

Details:

📌Fee: £160–£180 per day 2 days per week, with an ambition to increase to 3 days in 2026

📌Contract: Freelance, initially 4 months, with potential to extend to 12 months

📌Location: On-site and across West London

📌Start: Autumn 2025, date by negotiation/flexible

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrator, based at our vibrant studio and supporting bookings for our programme Lyric Hammersmith Theatre

In this key role, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment for our participants, parents, and teaching staff. Your enthusiasm for dance, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills will be vital in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits or engages with DanceWest.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time & onsite (40 hours per week)
