We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. Are you:

This is a strategic delivery role, suited to someone with a substantial background in producing and managing community dance, participatory arts and inclusive practice.
As Projects Manager, you will deliver a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects engaging communities across age, culture, social and health contexts – from early years to older adults.
The role requires leadership, clarity of communication, and a deep commitment to co-creation, social impact and sustainable community relationships.
You will play a key role in ensuring DanceWest’s projects are community-driven, artistically excellent and delivered to the highest professional standards.
Details:
📌Fee: £160–£180 per day 2 days per week, with an ambition to increase to 3 days in 2026
📌Contract: Freelance, initially 4 months, with potential to extend to 12 months
📌Location: On-site and across West London
📌Start: Autumn 2025, date by negotiation/flexible
