This evening, The Kaleidoscopic Dream: Swan Song celebrated the conclusion of The Arts Project, marking 23 years of creativity in healthcare across Camden and Islington.

Founded in 2003, the project worked across three NHS Trusts and was supported by five Mayors of Camden. The Grand Finale brought together artists past and present, NHS staff, service users and partners, including Olga Cecilia Farach representing NLFT's governors, to reflect on the project’s lasting contribution to wellbeing, creative expression and community connection.

The event was opened by the Mayor of Camden, Councillor Eddie Hanson, and included speeches, the largest exhibition in the project’s history, live performance and a celebratory catwalk finale.

The evening offered a moment to recognise and celebrate an extraordinary cultural legacy.

Staff from NLFT’s Chase Farm Hospital are helping hospitals in Ukraine, while supporting the green agenda, by donating decommissioned hospital beds and furniture to UK charity Driving Aid To Ukraine

Falls and Enhanced Observation Lead (Secondment), Ruth Crowley has been working with Driving Aid to Ukraine since the summer and has organised several pick-ups from Chase Farm's older adults ward, enabling us to recycle our beds and help others who need it most.

Driving Aid to Ukraine is a charity that delivers aid directly to Ukraine's conflict zones and refugee centres.

Since the summer our hospital beds have been donated to Rivne General Hospital, Rivne Oblast in North-West Ukraine and Kropivnytskij Hospital, a maternity hospital in central Ukraine.

It’s beginning to look like…

…the of our Drayton Park women’s crisis house.

With a packed afternoon planned, celebrating the unique contribution the service offers our local community, we’ll be showing thanks to the staff and service users who make this place the friendly, supportive, and life-enhancing environment it is.

There will be songs, poems, tributes and a fabulous spread of food.

What are you thankful for this festive season?
