Upper body workout day 💪
Here’s how I train 👇
• Pick 2 exercises that hit the same muscle group or work antagonists
• Warm up the rotator cuff first (old injury = smart prep = confident shoulders)
• Start moderate weight, high reps (10–15)
• Build the load so the last 2 reps really count
• 3–4 solid sets
• Train evenly: front, back, sides
• And don’t forget to breathe 🫁
Strong isn’t just lifting heavy — it’s moving well, staying balanced, and training with intention.

• Sit ski x 60+ seconds (increase slowly)
• Sit ski + alternating straight-leg balance x 20 reps (increase slowly)
