Breast reduction surgery is often one of the most rewarding procedures, offering both aesthetic and functional benefits.

This lovely 50-year-old patient attended seeking a breast size that felt lighter, more comfortable, and better proportioned to her frame. She previously wore a 34H and wanted a result that still felt natural for her body.

A unilateral ear correction for my patient bothered by prominent ear shape and a visible Darwin tubercle, an extra piece of cartilage on the outer rim of the ear.

This procedure involved pinning the ear closer to the head and removing the excess cartilage to achieve a smoother, more balanced contour.
Performed under local anaesthetic, with a hidden scar placed discreetly behind the ear for a natural, refined outcome.
