Still loving my scribe—haha!

Last night, I was doodling 5 Gratitude Affirmations to set the tone for the week ahead. And, in a beautiful moment of synchronicity, Mel and I were chatting on the Soul Inspired You podcast this morning about those familiar Monday morning vibes we all experience.

My phone going kaput this week feels like a truly orchestrated Universe move! - Thank you Universe.

As I was journaling last night, I reflected on just how this minor insignificance is compared to what is going on in the wider world.

Wars, Hurricanes, poverty abuse.

And as I read back my journal entries over the last few weeks, I noticed that things I had wanted less and more of, were balance, less scrolling, less distractions a new phone!

Our words and thoughts are powerful, it is only through practices such as journaling that we can truly know ourselves and notice what we are telling ourselves all day long.

The Universe simply gave me what I needed and asked for📱💚

I’ve been spending less time on my phone and rediscovering the joy of writing on my new Amazon Scribe—journaling, scripting, and organizing all in one place! ✍️

I remembered my love of handwriting and reading.

It’s amazing how something that seems inconvenient can actually be a gift in disguise.

I honestly think people are so focused on making money, that it perpetuates the not having enough sometimes

What if all you needed was a vision and an action plan, what if taking small and incremental to sometimes big steps was more than enough.

While I have been practising and teaching the power of Gratitude and Vision Building for a long time now.

Recently I have been making even more time to reflect on my day and find gratitude in moments I might otherwise have overlooked.

It’s easy to get caught up in the rush of life and forget the smile of the cashier at the checkout or the stranger who gave way when you were in a rush.

Sometimes, our gratitude is on those bigger more obvious things, the bed, the food, the family....but when we truly slow down, we realize that everything is unfolding just as it should and we can be grateful for more of it. 🙏✨

Especially those moments we would have otherwise missed.

I’m especially grateful for the friendships and connections I made over many many years—who are still part of my life today. Those experiences, those conversations, they’ve shaped who I am now.

Isn’t it amazing how the past prepares us for the present?

All of it is about patience and trust.

We don't realise that the experience from years ago can hold the key you need right now in the present.

Sometimes, we want things to happen right away, but when we take a step back, we see that everything arrives at exactly the right time.

Whether it’s opportunities, relationships, or growth, they come when we’re ready for them.

So today, I encourage you to pause and reflect on your own journey.

Be patient, and trust that the universe is working things out. You are right on time. Everything is as it should be. 💫

I am superduper excited to welcome Sarah Ibrahim as my new Virtual Assistant to the Visualise You fold.

For those who have known me long enough, you'll know that I have been holding out for the perfect person to work with for the longest of times.

I was blessed in previous lifetime to work with wonderful Project Assistants DGin Lightwood and Digital Business Advisors and Marketing Execs in Mel Jade supporting the programmes I delivered, so I knew it would be difficult to fill their shoes and for the last 4 years, like soooo many start-ups, I have been managing everything myself haha.

I have been in a position to recruit for the last 2 years, but I have been holding out for the right person and I knew they would present themselves at the very perfect time.

Anyway within 5 minutes of talking to Sarah, we were talking to each other in French (not very well) and throwing emjoi banquettes at each other. I knew she was a keeper, because banquette fuelled energy is hard to find, especially when you're not looking for it.

Plus Sarah just gets my business, from the mindset, to the gratitude and visualisation to Livegood. So just to let you know that you will be seeing Sarah pop up in a few of my communities and I'm excited to see where this partnership goes next.
