Join us for our free posture clinic, this time at St James St, Walthamstow E17.

We can help with:
neck pain
shoulder pain
back pain
knee pain
stress
training
injury recovery

Each slot is 15 minutes where we assess your posture and movement, explain what's likely happening, give you a posture adjustment, stretch and/or exercise so you can help it on your own, and share with you any free resources we have that might be relevant.

Do you get achy on holiday? It's not uncommon for travel to flare up neck, back, shoulder, or knee problems.

Intstead of waiting until you're there and it's flaring up, why not come in for one of our MOT + report ahead of your trip?

Our MOT includes our usual assessment & targeted muscle work, and the report gives explains what we've found and self-care you can do to prolong the work we've done while you're on holiday.

We're 'taking water out of the bucket' so to speak, so you have more room in your bucket for the tension that will happen while you're away. (If you're not familiar with our water bucket analogy, check out our YouTube channel and search 'water bucket analogy'.

How to book:
✨Click 'book online' on our website (link below)
✨Choose from our two convenient East London locations
✨Choose 'MOT + report' if you'd like the report with it, or choose a sport & remedial massage session if you don't want the report ('new client' if it's your first session, 'returning client' if you've seen us before
✨Let us know that you're getting a pre-holiday MOT in the booking note, or when you arrive for your session, and we'll do the rest.

*We recommend you have this appointment at least 4 days before you go away, as it usually takes a couple days for your body to integrate the work and where there was a lot of tension, post-massage soreness can occur and we don't want you to have that while you're away!

You'll get a free posture assessment, self care advice such as a stretch, exercise and/or posture adjustment. We'll also point you to any free resources we have on our website that might be helpful with your issue.

We commonly see:
- neck pain
- shoulder pain
- knee pain
- back pain
- muscle aches & tiredness
- requests for training support

This is the last posture clinic of the summer so if you have holidays planned and want some advice on how to take care of something while you're on holiday, we'd be happy to help.

Free Posture Clinic - 21 May 2025

If you have an ache or a pain or just want more information on posture, we're running our free monthly posture clinic on 21 May this month.

It's a 15-minute free assessment that includes:

posture assessment
movement assessment
posture, exercise or stretch advice for your main complaint
pointing you to our free online resources for further help/information

We can help give advice on:

neck/shoulder pain
upper/lower back pain
knee / achilles / foot pain
feely tight & achy
training support

This is a free community service by the clinic. This is for anyone who has a problem and wants free advice, including people who may not be able to afford private treatment but just want some help in dealing with an issue. Often the right stretch or exercise can make a massive difference.

LSM Clinic offers clinical massage therapy in Walthamstow (St James St) and Leyton, and we do a monthly-ish free posture clinic at our Leyton location.

It's a free 15-minute assessment with posture & movements tests, explanation of what we're finding, advice on home care exercise / stretch / posture adjustment and suggestion of one of the free resources we offer that may help you.

The posture clinic is 100% free and the full time is spent talking about whatever issue you have (neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back, knee, training for an event, etc), possible reasons it's happening, and what you can do to help it.
