We are happy to have taken over a project in Newbury to provide a supported housing service. Our special tenants are now happier that we have managed to address isolation issues and encouraged more inclusiveness.

Our tenants and outreach care providers are more relieved now that we have taken over the setting, the burden of tenancy support, and see us provide more services to their home. And the care team is more focused on providing quality care service to our tenants.

We are excited for the future services at this project to improve the lives of special tenants we support.

We are still open for any private landlord who wishes to use their property for supported living service! And also open to collaboration with care providers who specialize in categories such as mental health illnesses, learning disabilities, autism, and other related cognitive impairments.

Success Link Supported Housing have finalised a successful meeting with our HR team. We are now pro employment, a guaranteed robust HR service, health & Safety service and other related compliance service to ensure that Success Link can hire legally, train and support staff through to employment duration amid upcoming changes.

We have also been sharing our leaflet across local authorities, job centres, etc as part of public awareness of our divine project.

Success Link Supported Housing is still open to collaboration with private landlords, estate agents, and outreach care providers of mental health, learning disability and Autism and has LA tendering or spot. Accommodation is available under SLA subject to area and location.

SUCCESS LINK is keen to working with local authorities, NHS and outreach care providers in addressing the upsurge of waiting list for special individuals (such as mental health challenged, learning disabilities and Autism) needing a supported living accommodation to progress their future transition and aspiration. We do not just secure a decent accommodation in a certain area for our eligible tenants we will also provide tenancy support through a tailored Intensive Housing Management (IHM) to help tenant maintain a short or long term tenancy sustainment.
