By the age of seventeen I became the champion of Lithuania. I was preparing for the world championship but unfortunately at the time I was seriously injured in a car accident, i spent eight days in a life threatening coma and was pronounced medically brain dead. Then something amazing happened, I awoke! Upon awakening from my coma I was given the devastating news that I was pretty much in a state

of full body paralysation, I was unable to move, walk or talk. I was in a very bad state indeed. The prognosis was not good I was not expected to make any recovery
I couldn’t accept this fate given to me by the hospital. I created my own system of training and rehabilitation for my body by myself, through this I was able to make a complete recovery. My condition was made worse by the inadequate medical attention I received, not to mention the complete lack of intensive physiotherapy. After rehabilitation my body allowed me to develope a keen interest in sports again, whilst treating clients they reported unusual experiences like seeing bright colours and out of body experiences and feeling healing energy from my sessions. Because of these experiences I felt a drawing towards becoming a Reiki master, I was told I was meant to become a Reiki master because I had an open energy channel. To this day I use my gift as an integral part of my overall training program. So through my open determination I am able to provide hope and encouragement to those who find themselves in similar circumstances. I have the knowledge and experience to help people develop a healthier stronger body mind and soul. A very important part for every person male or female regarding growing older is a very surprising thing: As you grow older, no matter what age or s*x, your muscles grow smaller and causes pressure upon the nerves which causes sciatica, another common cause of elderly discomfort , this again is a natural part of the ageing process. And some people think, oh well… That’s life! Completely wrong! A huge part of what I do is called simply “stretching”, as I am sure you have seen old people become bent over as they progress into old and even older age. What I do is a completely professional stretching program whereby they come to me and I stretch their muscles allowing them to be rehabilitated and able to once again support their skeletal frames as they once did ten or even twenty years previous. On another completely different but none the less important side of all this, the young and fit conscientious should also be aware that this type of stretching is of so much importance to you that it’s amazing you either haven’t read about or someone hasn’t told you by now. As a young person training and/or in some kind of fitness regime you really must add this to your life. Don’t believe me, then just Google it for yourself. I will now break this down into a very simple pointed list to save you from having to read lots of information that you should already know by now. The choice to find out and come to me for this help is yours. Energy, in what I hear you ask? Simply put: I could say flexibility and many words aspiring all to the same meaning. Basically as a person training in a gym or a person unhappy with their life in a job behind a desk and feeling unhappy with no exercise in their life to the !!completely!! other extent of a body builder or a cage fighter. Yes my stretching helps all! It’s something I offer to every human being on this planet.! Every person can gain from this, and all you have to do is lay there whilst I perform my unique magic on you from the many years I have learned to do this… Simple really. Your body is a very finely tuned instrument, and unfortunately as we go through life we abandon it, sometime a little, sometimes a lot. Any women will tell you the power of a good massage, the shame is our body try to tell us what we need with the aches and pains but we just put it down to getting old. Do something good for yourself and your body, you will both appreciate it.
