All levels welcome! Yoga is the perfect way to strengthen, tone, gain flexibility and increase your general fitness.

The meditative aspects of yoga are perfect for relaxation, a way to quieten the chatter of our busy minds. The classes are usually a strong and dynamic flow with an emphasis on finding the softness in the strength and the calm amongst the chaos. A practice for the physical strength & challenge but more importantly an opportunity to really listen in to your body, slow down and find release after we
