There is an ancient call, calling us back, calling us forward.

A Golden Call. A Deep Remembering.

Can you feel it?
Can you hear it deep inside your holy Womb Cave?

Many, if not all of us, have been in a time of deep shedding, dissolution and death, even a kind of ‘Chaos’, the Caterpillar breaking down in the pupa…and now the re-emerging…

There is a strong call to an enormous Rebirth… everything on this planet is shaking and cracking as the false matrix structures are not supporting what’s coming.  
And we are supported in this Rebirth…The ‘Sacred Lands’ and the ‘Holy Ones’ are supporting this.

There is a powerful Pilgrimage happening very soon…A Magdalene Pilgrimage, To France, To Sante Baume and the Cave of Eggs

W a t e r f a l l R e t r e a t

‘I’ve had a vision’ said my beautiful soul sister Laura of - a vision that she’d been shown during my sacred sound invocation on her beautiful Solstice retreat last December.

She later shared a glorious vision of us at a sacred waterfall singing with the ancient waters and receiving magical messages!!
She was shown that the waters are the same as the White Spring here in Avalon!

…well this felt way too amazing not to explore…
Before long we’d come together to tune in, we firstly sang with the white spring and then sat by the fireside and were ‘shown’ a whole retreat we were to hold, at the sacred site of St Nectans Glen in Tintagel!

Deeply moved, touched and transformed from being part of the newly birthed Rose Temple at the incredible wonder that is
Rose temple inspired and visioned by dearest rose sister Sophie Nevill of - a completely amazing women’s gathering happening next weekend (with just a few tickets left!)

It was so unbelievably precious to open the space daily and welcome all into the arms of the Mother- this was very intentionally created as a space for men & women.
Rose blessings & anointing, deeply shared moments of remembering, songs and prayers in service to Her & such incredible workshops and ceremonies.

Both being in service to the Rose- the Mother- so unwaveringly and one pointedly this past week, plus being part of an incredible team midwifing her place at this most magical of gatherings, has changed me.
An absolute highlight, and I feel the deepest reason for me being there, was being part of an incredible ‘Awakening the Rose Heart’ men’s initiation ceremony…that’ll be a whole other post!
Words fall short right now but more will come as it all settles within… for now sending so much love from this deep, wide and happy heart.

So happy to be welcoming the wonderful Pema Salem this week for a flow of gorgeous events here in Avalon- Glastonbury uk.

The deeper I allow in these precious keys in consciousness, the more freee I feel in allll the human expressions. All the things, the twist and turns...all that used to bind, distort, frustrate & confuse, are touched by this depth of loving presence...they're all just welcomed into this unending embrace of kindness...
Gosh sooo much magic and Life available through this simple but profound alchemy!

Gosh what an incredible weekend…

How are you all doing out there in this wild astrological display?!

It’s been such powerful birthday alignment on the day before the full moon/lunar eclipse…

The whole day was a glorious flow of ceremony, magic, sunshine, ritual and beauty.
By the time we came to gather as soul family in the Wild Rose Temple, I was literally feeling like I was swimming in amniotic fluid!

Such a profound co-created ritual with Rose Tea, drumming, song, sound and magic..my oh my am I grateful for the incredible soulful beings I get to walk beside here in Avalon.
Integration has been occurring in deep ways these past couple of days, with more water flowing-in the form of tears bringing it all home in the heart.

So grateful for all the love, all the flowers, the gifts and the deep beautiful reflections and appreciations in words… it’s almost hard to take it all in!

Deep bow…and deep peace in the heart 🌹

Winter Solstice Blessings from Avalon 🕯️

There’s an invitation to drop into the silence as the Sun Stands Still for 3 days, offering us a moment to rest and breathe in this deep magic.

Nothing to do, nowhere to go…even as we move about, can we stay deep in the belly, in the womb, in the hara, listening?

Last night I had the honour to hold a women’s Ceremony, one of absolute favorite things & souls joy especially at these sacred junctures.
Such medicine as we deeply opened into this quiet potent portal with the sacred fire, mother cacao and co creating with my dear Wolf, Anubis. Exquisite magic. Being, receiving sacred messages and aligning with the voice our wombs, timeless knowing.

No one has all the answers ~Tuesday morning musings

No one person knows it all
The most liberated, free person is fallible
All ‘good’ spiritual guides point us back to our own inner knowing
External guidance is useful and beautiful and often necessary on the path, but it is limited and ultimately we will return to the knowledge held within our own divine vessel
Fulfillment sought outside of this moment is bound to disappoint
We are human and we have needs, wants and desires, and although beautiful and fun and important to honour and explore, are ultimately not where contentment lies.

This Is It
Literally
All the sages are right

However, usually we have to exhaust all other avenues, usually many times, before we finally give it up and realise it’s ‘never going to get better than this’ (as one unsung free man once said).
If we take that statement at first value it might seem disappointing. But actually if you really let it sink in, it’s bloody marvelous.

This is it
This moment
This breath

All the answers
All the peace
All the everything is right here, right now
Fully itself
Fully abundant
Fully free

This beautiful gathering is happening this weekend. A gathering of women and magic and sisterhood.
Still time to jump in for a day or the whole weekend. My beautiful sister has dreamed up this vision with such love and devotion and birthed her into being.
I’ll be holding space this afternoon for a Womb-Heart-Wisdom voice activation at 3.30pm.

The energies are really rising here in magical Avalon…
Just one day to go until we come together in Sacred Ceremony on the powerful portal of Summer Solstice.

Cacao ceremony, magical sound journey, ecstatic Dance and gong bathing deliciousness.

and I are meeting today for our final tune in before holding space tomorrow, it’s always so exciting to feel and open to the energy that wants to come through in these powerful ceremonies - feeling humbled and grateful to be of service in this way .
