This case demonstrates the treatment of upper eyelid dermatochalasis, where excess skin was contributing to visible hooding and a reduced upper eyelid platform.

In the pre-operative images, there is evident dermal laxity and excess soft tissue along the upper arm, particularly along the inferior aspect, resulting in reduced contour definition and tissue redundancy.

Post-operatively, there is a clear improvement in upper arm contour, with reduction of excess skin and refinement of the soft tissue envelope. This creates a smoother, more defined silhouette and improved proportional balance. 📏

Scar maturation is progressing well, with fine, well-positioned incision lines that are becoming softer and less conspicuous over time.
