Well done to Team CF who successfully completed the London to Brighton bike ride yesterday! Paul aced it, coming in at 4 hours, 4 mins. But he actually started from his home - 82.4 miles away! His total for all that was 5 hours 31 mins. An amazing achievement. Jack and Phil came in at 6 hrs, not bad on a Brompton and a Moulton!

In total we’ve raised just over £2.5K, but we’re still going for that £3000 target. Not too late to donate - link in below. Thanks for all the support so far ❤️

The Dis-labled Podcast returns today!

In today’s episode, we interview the incredible artist Hasel, who began creating art during lockdown and now produces a new piece almost every day. She opens up about living with Asperger’s and shares how painting and drawing have boosted her confidence and helped her express herself more clearly.

We are treated to another poem by Carol, titled Memories / My Place. A gentle reflection on the places and moments that bring her peace, joy, and a deep sense of belonging.

Lastly, the group reflects on how bearing their souls on the show over the past few years has helped them — in both positive and challenging ways
