For some, the new year can provoke anxiety from the pressure to “start fresh” triggering feelings of certainty, pressure, self-reflection, comparison and negative self-talk.

Reflection during this time is natural but when it begins to lead into negative conversations, not feeling enough and fear around what is yet to come, it is important to take a step back and reframe where possible.

Here are three ways to support your wellbeing during this time and throughout 2026:
1. Set realistic goals and make manageable changes
2. Prioritise your support system and social connections
3. Fuel your mind and body

The Trust has won Trend Micro's 'Customer Innovator Award' for customers that go beyond standard implementations to solve new problems and improve processes.

Stuart MacLellan, Chief Technology Officer, said: "With the ever-changing landscape of cyber security, it's important that the Trust gets the most from the technology assets we use to defend and deter cyber-attacks against the trust's infrastructure. Our work with TrendMicro has fed into our security platform, which in 2025 detected around 2 million security anomalies a day."
