DORSAL PRESERVATION RHINOPLASTY WITH HIGH STRIP

It has been a while since posting from surgery. This delightful patient of mine underwent complete dorsal preservation rhinoplasty using the Piezo; a precise, minimally traumatic technique to limit soft tissue trauma. The tip was grafted using her own septal cartilage.

Her aims were realistic: rotation of her tip, deprojection of her nose and an enhancement of her dorsal aesthetic lines. Essentially, a nose to better complement her natural facial harmony all the while ensuring that function was not compromised.
