As a Rhinoplasty surgeon in London, Dr Samit Unadkat’s goal is to provide a balance for aesthetic outcomes, tailored to individual needs.

Being based in the heart of Central London, we are able to see a variety of patients, for Rhinoplasty and general nose surgery, from different parts of the world and thus have the experience to be able to tailor our approach to each individual.

We are able to provide simulation (preview) photography of what is reasonably possible from surgery (before and after rhinoplasty) and although we cannot guarantee exact results, in our experience it is a useful means of communication between patient and surgeon.

🔹 3 Months After Dorsal Preservation Rhinoplasty (Piezo Technique) 🔹

This case demonstrates the advantages of dorsal preservation rhinoplasty using the Piezo ultrasonic system.

By maintaining the integrity of the nasal dorsum and its soft tissue envelope, we achieve a completely smooth profile without any irregularity sometimes seen in traditional reduction techniques. No hammer and chisel in sight!

At 3 months, there is still mild oedema, particularly over the tip and sidewalls, which will continue to refine over the coming months. Even at this early stage, I think you’ll agree, the nose blends beautifully with the rest of the face creating a more balanced, youthful appearance. As the central pillar of the face, symmetry of the nose can have such a transformative impact!

The columellar scar is already barely visible and will fade further with time.

Preservation techniques not only maintain natural anatomy but also optimise long-term stability and aesthetic outcomes. I for one am looking forward to seeing the evolution further.
