The programme is a phased diet and is overseen by your doctor from start to finish. While on the programme, you will also have unlimited access to a team of dieticians, a life coach/ psychological advisor and a personal trainer. Stage 1 is a protein diet where you will mainly be eating PronoKal foods, vegetables, meat , fish or eggs and other permitted foods. In this stage your body will no longer be running on sugars but on your fat stores (ketosis). The benefit of this is that weight will be lost at a very motivating rate, you will not feel hungry (while in "ketosis") and you will be on a nutritionally complete. Stage 2 (where food groups are slowly reintroduced to your daily routine) is the most important stage. Without doing this your weight is likely to be regained as you have not spent enough time getting used to preparing and eating real healthy foods on a daily basis, establishing routine and great behaviours in eating so that you can build a healthy relationship with food. Stage 3 is focused in maintaining the new weight. The dieticians will be there to help and support you in anyway so that you win this battle once and for all and keep that new, beautiful body you have acquired.
