A women-only strength class designed to educate, empower, and build confidence in lifting weights.

Sasha is here to guide you through everything from the fundamentals of lifting to why strength training is essential for women — all in a supportive and welcoming environment.

How to work with your coach and get the best out of their service:

👀You have to be honest and be consistent with your check ins. This is all data for you and your coach. You need to understand why you’re doing something. But we also need to know how to advise you.

📉You need to trust the process and the person. Make sure you choose to work with someone you trust. Research them. Their values have to resonate with yours. Getting advice from a dozen other people professional or not can allow you to become overwhelmed and overthink your process. Progress doesn’t happen over night.

❔Ask questions, again you need to know answers to know why your coach has set you things to accomplish. Knowledge is power.

🫵🏻Hold up YOUR end of the bargain. You seek a coach to help you stay accountable. It’s a two way street, check in on time, follow advise and instructions to the best of your ability and use detail in your check ins.

🧠Be Proactive: If you’re struggling with something make it known as soon as possible. The more informed we are the sooner we can help you adapt and fix the problem.

🔒Fully commit. You didn’t get to this position in 6 weeks there you cannot expect massive results. Be realistic and have patience with yourself. You need to learn habits that will then stay with you for a lifetime.

Today marks one of many anniversaries. This was my first chemo. Each year I think I remember different things about this day.

I was filled with anxiety, to me that feeling is discomfort in every part of my body. Completely obsessing about the fear of the unknown. Fear of sickness, which I still suffer with today and my body just couldn’t sit still.

I had my Hickman line fitted ( not sure if they use these anymore) and a bone marrow test. Bloods before to check I was strong enough to go ahead, straight in with what they call the Red Devil. It’s weird because all I see in these photos is the taste of it.

From that moment, I didn’t feel like myself for a long time. Puffy eyes, weight gain & just tired all the time. Probably where I get my napping habit from now😂 My body didn’t feel like mine. Nor did my thoughts.

I recently found out, my cancer although aggressive it wasn’t graded as they don’t grade Rhabdomyosarcoma.

The nurses and doctors were amazing, I was truly spoilt with the support and treatment I got.

To my Phoebs, you’ll never understand how much you got me through this. As a younger sister you are my rock. As I get older I realise more and more everyday what my mum & dad went through and still deal with. I admire how they handle their good days and their bad days.

I appreciate everyone who was there for me,dropped a text or came to visit- even if I was in and out of sleep half way through conversation. I believe the ones that stayed and the ones I have gained in my life further down the line are the ones I needed for the longer journey.

Hey! My name is Aimee and I run the AimFit Studio, I want to introduce you to the trainers here!

As a female, I know first hand how intimidating the gym can appear which is why I sought out to create the AimFit Studio to be the most welcoming, non-intimidating and comfortable environment for all!

The idea of the studio isn’t to discriminate on gender, but just a space that fulfils womens fitness in the same way the world promotes male fitness.

Our values are to be a friend, a trainer and a guide through your fitness journey, whether that’s is to simply create routine, improve health or help you feel the best version of yourself.

Although I have set the studio up to create a comfortable environment with females in mind we do still have both male & female trainers and clients so please feel free to reach out if you’re looking for someone to guide you through your next or first fitness journey.
