My journey began after I had my last child and ballooned to 98kg, results of post natal depression and a toxic relationship. Going back to work and approaching 40 made me want better health and Wellness for myself and I embarked on a strict fitness and nutrition regime that resulted in a 4.5 stone weight loss in 20 weeks. From an 18 to an 8! Once the weight was gone I worked on healing my soul and was determined to help others do the same. I became a personal trainer in 2018 and my passion remains...to empower women to become the best version of themselves 360° by creating bespoke programs which enable weight loss and a greater confidence for life ahead.
