IODINE
Is a natural element and trace mineral found in the periodic table which are naturally found in gas form and called a Halogens and is often thought of as important only for the thyroid, however it is found or should be found in all tissues of the body and and utilised by all cells of the body.
Lugols iodine (potassium iodide ) is the stabilised form the elemental form of iodine.
Ovaries have 2nd highest need for iodine as well as breasts
Fluoride and bromine are antagonists for iodine and unfortunately majority of people are absorbing and ingesting more fluoride, chlorine and bromine in everyday modern life then they are having iodine via food sources or supplementation.
In 1990 a survey established that a 3rd of the worlds populations is iodine deficient
