Here’s another amazing athlete .carlton winning the Ironman 70.3 in Bolton 🤯

Mimi said “It really was amazing, I had an 8 min deficit to make up out of T2 so I never thought I would win! Lucky my run legs showed up!”

We think the reason her running legs showed up is because of (Summit Osteo) work keeping Mimi in training…

And maybe because Mimi is an incredible athlete… WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT 🙌

A huge congratulations to Guy and the parents at Barnes Primary for riding from London to Paris, raising funds for .charity & 🙌

Over 30 riders took to the saddle across two days and 300 miles to split the funds for the school (50%), Skylarks Charity (35%) and Royal Marsden (15%).

Guy had a bike fit and treatment with us helping him overcome knee and shoulder pain before making it to the Eiffel Tower in comfort (and managing to lift the bike above his head against our advice 😂)
