Here are some simple ways to release trauma energy from the body:

1. Breathing Exercises: Practice deep or box breathing to activate relaxation and calm the nervous system.

2. Grounding: Walk barefoot on natural surfaces or use the 5-4-3-2-1 technique to reconnect with the present.

3. Movement & Dance: Shake your body gently or engage in free-form dance to release tension.

4. Self-Massage: Massage areas of tension, or try myofascial release to ease tight muscles.

5. EFT (Tapping): Tap on specific meridian points while focusing on trauma to release blocked energy.

6. Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Tense and relax muscle groups to release physical tension.

7. Journaling: Write freely to express and release pent-up emotions.

8. Sound Healing: Listen to calming music or sound frequencies to shift energy.

9. Meditation: Use mindfulness or visualization to release stored emotions.

10. Hot/Cold Therapy: Alternate between hot and cold treatments to reset the nervous system.
