Holiday plans loading… and so is that stiff neck 😅
Before you hop on a plane/train or hit the road, save these 3 spine-friendly travel tips:
1) Pack smart
Keep heavier items close to your body, and swap shoulders often (or use a backpack if you can).
2) Seat setup
Bum all the way back, feet supported, shoulders relaxed. If your lower back feels “empty,” roll up a jumper as a tiny lumbar support.
3) 2-minute reset (every 60–90 mins)
Stand up, walk a little, and do:
• 5 big breaths
• 5 shoulder rolls
• 5 gentle chin tucks
