🍳 Eggs provide all nine essential amino acids needed for cellular repair and growth, alongside key fertility-supportive nutrients including iron, B12 and choline.

🫘 Chickpeas are a wonderful source of folate + fibre, nutrients that support DNA synthesis, hormonal balance and healthy digestion.

For far too long, fertility has been framed as a ‘women’s issue’. But the data, and the reality, simply don’t support that narrative. Fertility *has* to be a shared responsibility.

Male factors are linked to around half of all fertility challenges, yet s***m health is still one of the least talked about parts of the conversation.

Surely it’s time we started talking about it? founder Ian Stones thinks so too.

Today we celebrated the release of the report with some of the incredible people who helped bring it to life. From clinical expertise and research insight, to honest lived experience, this project is about creating space for more open, real conversations around fertility.

Today was another reminder that despite the importance of accurate data around the fertility landscape, it’s never just about statistics. Fertility is deeply personal, often complicated, and experienced differently by everyone. We hope this report helps shine a light on the gaps that still exist in understanding, care and support, while keeping real experiences at the centre of the conversation.

A huge thank you to our hosts , and Gabby and Emma of , along with our brilliant panelists:

This is not about blame. It’s about facing the reality that fertility education is often fragmented, outdated and arrives too late, leaving many people only thinking about fertility when they’re ready to start trying.

But fertility doesn’t work like a switch.

It’s shaped over time by nutrition, stress, sleep, hormone health, underlying conditions, environmental exposures and - crucially - access to information.

Yet many people reach the point of trying to conceive without a clear understanding of how fertility actually works.

Earlier education and better access to information could help people make informed decisions long before fertility becomes urgent.

It’s time to change the conversation.
