Reflexologist based in Putney and Isleworth. Treating a range of different issues. I am a mobile reflexologist working in and around Putney.

I am also qualified in Natural Facelift Massage. Reflexology is a therapy that treats the feet in order to balance the whole body. Its main principle is that by massaging and applying pressure to parts of the feet known as reflex areas, other corresponding areas of the body will feel the benefit. I work as a hand reflexologist as well if there is a contraindications with your feet, which is just as effective as foot reflexology. I am very experienced in maternity reflexology. Helping those finding it difficult to conceive, and supporting you before, during and after pregnancy. In your first treatment, I will go through a consultation with you, so please allow an extra 10 minutes or so for this. Please ring or email me for any queries.

I’m loving my marathon training and always find a difference in my running after fuelling myself with goodness. I have a real sweet tooth so find it hard to avoid sugar but also feel it has a really negative effect on my energy. I found this recipe by recently for these delicious chocolate fruit and nut bars and they really help fight the sugar cravings! The kids also love them as a sweet treat when they get home from nursery. I’ve included the recipe in this months newsletter- comment if you’d like me to send it to you 💚👣

By far my favourite reflexology foot map developed by one of the leading pioneers of reflexology Hanne Marquardt. It shows just how complex reflexology is and how specific all the reflex points of the foot are. I was lucky enough to meet Hanne and do a course with her in 2018 and she was such an inspiring lady. She sadly passed away earlier this year but has passed on her knowledge to so many people and trained over 30,000 people 👣

Other treatments I offer are: hot stone reflexology, RLD (reflexology lymph drainage), Aromareflex and natural facelift massage.
