Our Holding Space of Compassion tomorrow night, Monday 1st December 2025 at 7pm GMT.

We shall gather to check-in, share health and wellbeing information, discuss workshops and upcoming events from DBV CIC for 2026 and reflect on everyone's 2025 journey.

Let's come together online one more time for 2025! 💙

An Oracle card reading and guided meditation body scan will be offered before we close the session.

During Black History Month we were invited to speak as part of a panel.

Aisha Peters our Founder & CEO shared her experience regarding death as a women of colour living in Hackney Council

Thank you to St Joseph's Hospice for having us at their Black History Month event today. 💙

It was great to share about the community work we do.
Excutive Board of Directors was present as a panel speaker too.

DBV CIC Reflect & Paint CoCreate Hackney The CoHub! 🎨🖼

DBV CIC Reflect & Paint mindfulness art workshops, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund for Black Global Majority families and individuals navigating sudden loss.
The mindfulness art workshops are here to encourage calm, present awareness, social connection verbal and non-verbal and to create a safe space to explore grief from a person centred perspective.

Work with warm and cool colours and chalk pastels whilst listening to soothing music in a welcoming space.
It has been known for many years that creative arts help to support positive impact for mental and emotional health.
Join us with an open mind.

Light refreshments and hot drinks provided on the day.
DBV CIC welcomes donations for this workshop to help support our non-profit and the work that we do.

Heartfelt shares from Aisha about compassionate care,understanding and emergency CPR training, provided sensitively and delicately for Black Global Majority families who are navigating sudden bereavement. We caught up with Burn Out & Stress Management Coach 🙌🏿

He shared with us how beneficiaries can benefit by attending our Reflect & Move workshops.
