Silence is the most profound language we can use. It opens the door to understanding and realizing the eternal truths about ourselves, God, and the world around us.

In silence, we find the clarity to sincerely express the core values of our soul—peace, love, and joy. Silence doesn't mean having no thoughts; rather, it means engaging in pure, elevated thoughts that nurture these values within us.

The power of silence strengthens our mental and spiritual abilities, equipping us to handle life's challenges with grace and success

That's why regular meditation of any kind, even art work, helps us to go within in silence... Make the most of it.

Change the self and your inner world changes. And when your inner world changes, the outer world that you touch changes, little by little. And when the outer world that you touch changes, the world that it touches changes, and the world that it touches. Outward and outward and outward this spreads, like a ripple in a pond.

SPIRITUAL ACTIVATION or Healing?

One of the most interesting things I have encountered as a sacral and heart healer is that 90% of the people I have worked with believed they needed healing, when in reality, they required activation and release. For this reason, and out of pure love, I shall quickly explain to you dear friends and clients the difference between healing and activation work.

Healing typically involves addressing and resolving past traumas, emotional wounds, and energetic blockages. It’s about restoring balance, harmony, and well-being by clearing away negative energies and promoting a state of wholeness. Healing is often a gentle, nurturing process that allows individuals to release pain and find peace.

Activation, on the other hand, is about awakening and energizing dormant potentials within an individual. It’s a more dynamic process that involves stimulating and empowering one’s inner resources, talents, and spiritual gifts. Activation helps individuals tap into their higher selves, align with their true purpose, and unleash their full potential.

In essence, while healing focuses on repairing and restoring, activation is about igniting and empowering. Both are crucial, but they serve different purposes in one’s spiritual journey.

Now for the golden question: How can someone determine if they need healing or activation? To fully answer this, I would need to write an entire book, lol. However, I will do my best to explain. Determining whether someone needs healing or activation can be a nuanced process, but here are some general guidelines that might help:

Signs You May Need Healing:
1. Emotional Pain: If you’re experiencing unresolved emotional pain, trauma, or grief, healing work can help you process and release these feelings.

2. Energetic Blockages: Feeling stuck, stagnant, or unable to move forward in life can indicate the presence of energetic blockages that need to be cleared.

3. Physical Symptoms: Chronic physical ailments or unexplained symptoms can sometimes be linked to energetic imbalances that require healing.

4. Negative Patterns: Repeating negative patterns in relationships, work, or personal habits may suggest underlying issues that need to be addressed through healing.

Signs You May Need Activation:
1. Lack of Motivation: If you feel uninspired, unmotivated, or disconnected from your passions, activation work can help reignite your inner fire.

2. Desire for Growth: When you’re ready to take your personal or spiritual development to the next level, activation can help you access your higher potential.

3. Spiritual Awakening: Experiencing a spiritual awakening or a desire to connect more deeply with your higher self and purpose can be a sign that you need activation.

4. Unleashing Talents: If you feel you have untapped talents, gifts, or abilities, activation can help you bring these to the forefront.

Bottom line, it’s important to listen to your intuition and inner guidance when determining what you need. Sometimes, working with a skilled healer or practitioner can also provide clarity and direction.

Feel free to reach out for either❤🙏

Spiritual wellbeing (Devotion via religion can be part of spirituality, it is not the other way round)

For many people, nurturing a sense of spiritual health is central to enjoying a balanced, meaningful life. Spiritual wellbeing is the state of being in harmony with oneself and the world around you and isn’t necessarily linked to religion or faith. It involves connecting with something greater than oneself, discovering deeper meaning, and cultivating inner peace. Whether this comes through religious practices, mindfulness, or a sense of purpose, spiritual wellbeing profoundly affects overall health and happiness.

Practical steps to explore spiritual wellbeing:

Meditation and mindfulness

Meditation allows for stillness and reflection, helping people to focus inward and quiet the mind. Mindfulness, the practice of being present in the moment, fosters awareness and appreciation of life as it unfolds. Both practices can increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and create space for spiritual growth.

Prayer and reflection

For many, prayer is a way to communicate with a higher power, reflect on life, and seek guidance. It provides comfort and hope, especially during challenging times. Regular prayer or quiet reflection allows individuals to connect with their spiritual beliefs and seek inner strength.

Time in nature

Nature has a profound ability to nurture the soul. Spending time outdoors, away from modern distractions, helps individuals reconnect with the natural world. Walking in a forest, watching a sunrise, or listening to the sounds of nature can evoke a sense of wonder and awe, reminding us of the interconnectedness of all life.

Acts of service

Service to others is a powerful way to cultivate spiritual well-being. By focusing on the needs of others, individuals often experience a greater sense of fulfilment and connection. Volunteering, helping a neighbour, or simply practicing daily acts of kindness can foster compassion and a deeper sense of purpose.

Journaling and self-reflection

Writing about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be a powerful tool for spiritual growth. Journaling allows for deeper self-reflection, helping you process emotions and gain insight into your values and purpose. It is a way to check in with your spiritual journey and align your actions with your beliefs.

Benefits of focussing on spiritual wellbeing; you might gain:

A sense of purpose

People who would refer to themselves as spiritual, often speak about having a real sense of understanding their value and meaning in life. When you are aligned to a higher purpose or a greater being, it can provide direction and subsequently lead to motivation and contentment.

Improved relationships

Spiritual wellbeing endeavours to nurture compassion, empathy, and love; all of which are great precursors to stronger and more meaningful relationships. It encourages us to view others through a lens of kindness and understanding. Whether through prayer, meditation, or connecting with nature, spiritual practices often deepen our relationships, improving communication and fostering a sense of connection with others.

Stress reduction and inner peace

There are many spiritual practices that can help us feel calmer, relaxed and provide mental clarity. Examples of these include, meditation, prayer or mindfulness, all of which provide an opportunity to take a step away from the daily hassles of life. Many who engage in meditative activities are able to feel a sense of inner peace and harmony, linked to an ability to accept and let things go.

Increased resilience

Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but a strong spiritual foundation offers a broader perspective. Spirituality helps individuals see difficulties as part of a larger plan or purpose, making them more resilient to adversity. People with spiritual practices tend to find meaning in challenges and are better equipped to cope with them.

Final Thoughts

Spiritual wellbeing can be deeply personal and vary from person to person, nurturing spiritual well-being requires time, intention, and dedication.

If we take time to prioritise our spiritual health, we may be able to cultivate a sense of balance and fulfillment that radiates into all areas of our lives.

Even truth can be deceptive, it can be trusted and honesty can't be questioned as the other person is being truthful...but there can be differences in perspectives.

For a mother whose child is at a uni hostel, if they tell her they had a banana, they are telling you the truth but they are actively also trying to reduce their weight which you may not find out until you explore further...

Which of the two bananas did s/he eat, small or large as their lunch while running between classes?! They are honest still though maybe conservative with the detail 😁🤓

Hai ki nahi?!

Similarly there can be many other instances in life. Want to share something?
