Because many of our clients need to consume more fibre. And we all need vitamins and minerals to help our body systems to function properly.

It's our way to inspire and hopefully encourage you to eat seasonal wholefoods and add flavour and diversity to your meals. 😊

What if the trick to feeling sorted wasn't a juice cleanse or a meditation app, but simply more similar to what our grandparents did all along? πŸ‘΅πŸ‘΄

Their no-nonsense approach wasn't a trend - it was how you got on with it. Maybe it’s time we borrowed a few of their habits:

🍽️ Proper food: No faddy diets, just simple, good grub made using wholefoods.

🧼 Simple products: Less was more when it came to cleaning products and skincare.

🧠 A bit of fresh air: A walk is a walk. That morning light helps set your internal body clock (your circadian rhythm), which is key for energy and good sleep.

🧹 Daily movement: More walking to the shops, a bit of gardening, or a good old tidy-up.

β˜•οΈ Human connection: Leaving the phone in another room for a proper conversation. Enjoying a meal together, chatting about the day. They didn't have social media; they had community.
