Last November, we delivered full production and AV for the Agricultural Engineers Association at the Science Museum, working across the Medicine and Making the Modern World galleries.

Our scope included an innovative approach to Projection in the space as well as end-to-end technical production; this included control to distributed audio, projection and video playback, camera relay for speeches and comprehensive show control throughout the evening.

With the two spaces, our team managed sound, lighting and content transitions to support guest arrival, drinks reception, dinner and speeches, ensuring clarity, balance and consistency for all 300 guests.

Full technical management was provided on site, from pre-production and programming through to operation and de-rig, allowing the event to run seamlessly within one of London’s most iconic venues.

In celebration of Room to Read’s 25th anniversary, we were honoured to deliver the AV and production for THE ROOM - a bold event concept that reimagined the traditional gala experience, brought to life at London’s iconic Science Museum.

With over 50 million children impacted by Room to Read’s work globally, THE ROOM symbolised the power and potential of learning environments.

Our brief was to translate this vision into an immersive event experience, one that would inspire, engage, and unite supporters in a celebration of impact and a call to shape the future.

The Science Museum served as the perfect backdrop: a vibrant centre of innovation and discovery that echoed Room to Read’s mission.

Our team delivered a seamless production across Wonderlab and Flight, including full staging and band set up, elegant lighting design, a custom-printed scenic backdrop, and a red carpet arrival moment .The team truly transformed the space, creating an immersive and polished environment that supported the flow and storytelling of the evening.
