Treatment should be accessible to all, with that aim, I will be starting the
Acupuncture Community Clinics - 30 minute seated treatment £10/£15. Fully clothed, so dress in loose comfy clothing.
Timings still being figured out, currently considering Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.

If you've had a little too much fun over the weekend here's a great way to re hydrate yourselves...

Hydration Tank Smoothie
The Water of 1 fresh young coconut
1 small Melon (any variety) scoop the fruit out of the skin
Large handful of fresh or frozen mixed berries

Simply blend all ingredients until smooth.

Serves 2

Want to try some quick easy healthy chocolate biscuits?

Try these...

Relatively Raw Choc Crumble Biscuits

Ingredients:
200g mixed nuts
50g sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of raisins
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or to taste)
2 tablespoons raw or roasted cocoa powder (or to taste)
50g cocoa butter

Put the nuts and sunflower seeds into a food processor or coffee grinder and grind until fine.

With a fork mix into the mixture the coconut sugar, tasting occasionally until tastes sweet enough.

Mix in the cocoa powder, again tasting until strong enough.

Mix in the raisins.

Boil some water in a pan and let simmer, place the cocoa butter in a bowl over the pan until it melts.

Once it's melted slowly mix in the cocoa butter until you have a sticky mixture.

Shape the mixture in to biscuits and place in the fridge for an hour the leave to stand at room temp for 5 mins before eating!

To make the 'deluxe' version, simply melt more cocoa butter, add cocoa powder and agave syrup and coat the biscuits with the raw choc - ideally allow these to set in the fridge overnight.
