We have been really quiet in this period but the reason why is because we are working hard on a new project "Walking through", a new way to treat PTSD. We are almoust at the end of this journey and exciting things are gonna come up soon!

Tooth pain? Instead of using painkillers try the clove oil! Just apply some drops on the gum and enjoy a good night of sleep :)

Since that it's quite chillin outside remember that a simple way to keep your organism safe from cold it's to add some ginger to your diet! A bit in your soup or just add it to your tea.

Remember ginger beer doesn't count ;)
